Terms and Conditions

The following Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern all use of the Tori Tradez Learn to Trade Course (“Course”) + Community and all content, services, and products available at or through tlt.toritradez.com, operated by Tori Tradez LLC (“Owner”). Please read these Terms carefully before purchasing or using the Course. By accessing or using any part of the Course, you agree to become bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to all the Terms, then you may not access the Course or use any services.

Course Content

1. The Course content, including but not limited to pre-recorded courses, investing and trading strategies, is for educational commentary purposes only. Neither Tori Tradez LLC nor its representatives provide investment, legal, or tax advice. The Course should not be construed as professional financial advice.

2. Any financial information is as of the date published or indicated and is subject to change without notice. Any forward-looking statements or forecasts are based on assumptions and actual results may vary.

Course Access

3. The Course will be delivered over Whop and Discord. It is your responsibility to ensure you have the necessary software and hardware to participate in the Course.

4. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password, if any, and for restricting access to your computer.

Payment and Refunds

5. The Course cost is $299, payable upfront and valid for 6 months. Payments are non-refundable and there are no refunds or credits for partially used periods.

Intellectual Property

6. All content included in or made available through the Course—such as text, graphics, logos, images, as well as the compilation thereof, and any software used—is the property of Tori Tradez LLC and is protected by international copyright laws.

7. You may not duplicate, copy, or reuse any portion of the HTML/CSS, JavaScript, or visual design elements or concepts without express written permission from Tori Tradez LLC.

Warranty and Liability

8. Tori Tradez LLC provides the Course “as is” and “as available,” without warranty of any kind. Neither Tori Tradez LLC nor any of its suppliers or licensors makes any warranty that the Course will be error-free or that access thereto will be continuous or uninterrupted.

9. In no event will Tori Tradez LLC, or its suppliers or licensors, be liable with respect to any subject matter of these Terms under any contract, negligence, strict liability, or other legal or equitable theory for any special, incidental, or consequential damages.

Low-Risk Program Disclaimer

10. This is a low-risk educational program. No investment decisions are made on your behalf, and participation in the Course does not require you to invest or trade real money. All strategies and lessons are for demonstration and learning purposes only.

Privacy and Data Use

11. Tori Tradez LLC does not collect or store any sensitive personal financial data. All payments are processed securely through third-party platforms (e.g. Whop). We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information under applicable data protection laws.

Miscellaneous

12. These Terms represent the entire agreement between you and Tori Tradez LLC concerning the Course.

13. If any part of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, that part will be construed to reflect the party’s original intent, and the remaining portions will remain in full force and effect.

14. Tori Tradez LLC reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. It is your responsibility to check periodically for updates.
